The first line on the screen shows the date and time in the handheld.

Enter the new date and time on the second line over the format example.

Push enter to save and the up arrow to toggle between am and pm.

The new date and time only exist in the handheld at the time you change it. So make sure the time is correct before programming cow units. 

Cow units programmed after the time change will have the new time and any cow unit being monitored at the time of the change will have the old date and time until you re-program.
