Do I need anything extra to make the system work?
No, BullsEye is a complete mobile system you can use from anywhere.
Are the units weather-resistant?
Yes, they are weather resistant, but not waterproof. Submerging the system in water can cause permanent damage.
How far away does the unit work?
The handheld unit should be within 100 feet of the cow unit for best communication. Under good conditions, you can retrieve the information from the cow unit at over 300 feet.
What if a unit falls off the cow?
There is a "locate unit" feature on the handheld device. When you select the unit you wish to find, the handheld will start sending a message to that unit. When the handheld gets in range of the cow unit, the cow unit will start to beep.
What type of warranty is offered with this device?
A one-year parts and workmanship warranty is granted.
Is the device easy to operate?
The device is extremely easy to operate. This system is completely menu driven. You simply follow a few easy steps to perform the tasks.
